Mushroom Networks unique Broadband Bonding® technology was developed by our engineering team through many years worth of research and development. The intellectual property portfolio includes several patents (pending) that are exclusively licensed from the Regents of University of California as well as company owned Intellectual Property.

The first product offering of Mushroom Networks using the Broadband Bonding® technology is the TRUFFLE Broadband Bonding Network Appliance (BBNA). The TRUFFLE BBNA6401 is a product designed for a small and medium sized business (SMB) that implements aggregation of multiple Internet access resources, for example, multiple DSL lines, cable modems, T1 access lines, etc. The SMB can use the BBNA to obtain faster and more reliable Internet access in a cost effective manner than is otherwise possible. Various applications scenarios of the TRUFFLE BBNA are discussed in the BBNA white paper.

Virtual Leased Line (VLL) powered by TRUFFLE BBNA5201G series, is a powerful way of providing point-to-point virtual leased line solutions. VLL enables bonding of any Internet access lines to create a virtual fat pipe between two locations that have TRUFFLE BBNA units installed.

Broadband Bonding® also enables live high quality, low latency video streaming from the field by making use of several cellular aircards to create a fast and reliable IP connection.
