Adapt our triage framework to your current process
Implementing a triage process can be done gradually and does not have to disrupt your current workflow. We have successfully helped agencies adapt one of the three following frameworks to their process:

Forensic Examiners Triage. Only your forensic examiners will be involved in the triage process. A few forensic examiners are identified to become triage experts to conduct triage jobs in the lab and in the field.
Forensic Examiners and Investigators Triage. After proper training, your selected investigators will be able to conduct triage jobs while relying on the forensic examiners to prepare the triage and help review the findings.
Investigators Triage. After proper training, your investigators will be able to conduct their own triage jobs from start to finish with the support of your forensic examiners.

Train selected examiners and investigators
When adopting the triage process it is important to select your future triage experts. Whether they are forensic examiners or investigators, they will most likely have to receive training.
ADF has created several training curriculums specific to forensic examiners and investigators, with options ranging from simple online tutorials and webinars to our two-day Digital First Responder® training and certification program. For large deployments, ADF also offers "train the trainer" classes so agencies can conduct their own triage instruction.

Be operational in just a few days!
Adopting the triage process is easy and does not require disrupting your current workflow.
ADF offers white papers explaining how to prepare for the adoption of the triage process regardless of the size of your deployment.
The adoption always starts by identifying the framework that works for you and by selecting and training your future triage experts, who will be equipped with the ADF triage tools. In just a few days, your personnel will be triaging their first computers and moving cases forward again!
As a busy forensic examiner or risk manager, you are overwhelmed with your backlog issues, lack of resources, and day-to-day tasks. Do not pass on this opportunity to solve or ease your backlog and resource problems.
